For Example aa great lesson in marketing from Mr Lucky in the imperial junk Halong Bay, he and the crew provided excellent service and asked for feedback throughout the tour (not just at the end of the service as it would be to late to fix) and requested a review at the end of the job. Mr Lucky provide Wi-fi and the link to Tripadvisor so I could fill in before I left the boat. — at Hạ Long Bay.
Also Fantastic customer service and marketing deserves a raving review. This foodie bike tour in Ho Chi Minh City which has beautiful female guides dressed in Traditional Ai Dai. My Guide name was Ngan and she was the cutest, funniest guide, my cheeks hurt from smiling so much after the 4.5hr tour. Thankyou Tai and the rest of the team at XO tours — at Xo Tours.
